    Yes, I believe that I saw TN-S with a separate overhead protective conductor in the rocky Highlands of Scotland some years ago. I posted a question about it on the old forum to clarify things for me. This post seems to confirm my conclusions despite some years passing. A separate earth conductor was run with the L and N overheads.
