I agree with your remarks, however wind strength does not seem to have been the issue on this occasion. Incidentally, I haven’t seen the Ipswich hospital press release that I referred to earlier in the media. Also of interest, the Financial Times seems to suggest they know what is in the report that Ofgem now have.
