Have you seen the new IET Electrical website at https://electrical.theiet.org/?


It's been updated to reflect the IET's new branding.

    This certainly isn't an official reply, but I would guess it's because we're known as The IET? IMechE aren't known as The IMechE, so their URL is imeche.org.
