Rcbo white lead

Does anyone know the circuit arrangement for these loss of neutral protection leads?

    It depends on which side of the PME N-E link in the suppliers head the neutral break is.


    If it’s on the suppliers side everything that is earthed within the installation will be liven up to the best part of the mains voltage.


    Should the RCD earth connection detect the reduced voltage difference between line and earth? I don’t think it will.
