Underground cable ducts - Filling factor

Good morning.

I am searching left and right for some guidance about the filling factor in underground ducts with cables.

I cannot find something to be honest.

I only found a vague recomendation about 50% filling factor.

Is there anything "official" or even as a "good practice" out there?

Thanks

Limits on pulling force would be a key aspect to look at - it's fundamentally linked to the duct size, frictional resistance and position/disposition of chambers and pits
