There's a few sites that offer Electrical Reports, most with registered electricians; albeit some quote VAT and some without. Most quoted prices for these, do not reflect a reasonable charge, based upon qualifications, experience, thoroughness and probable time spent.

Are those organisations who "register" inspectors not being sufficiently critical.? 5. Should there be additional or separate registration for electrical inspectors?. 6. City and Guilds 2391 for Inspection and Testing, was considered as being too difficult to pass and watered down by the players, is that the reason for the proliference of players and a race to the bottom?.
