Tested a 3 phase supply lighting supply to street lighting.

IR tested 0.00 on all 3 phases.

contin. tested to 1.79,1.76. 1.48

But when generator is used the fittings work.

any theory would be nice.

    And presumably large enough caps to need a bleed resistor in parallel to make them safe a few seconds after switch off.


    Genset wil probably work just fine into a ste up with an NE short, and no point in measuring L-N or L-L unless all loads are removed.
