Tested a 3 phase supply lighting supply to street lighting.

IR tested 0.00 on all 3 phases.

contin. tested to 1.79,1.76. 1.48

But when generator is used the fittings work.

any theory would be nice.

    The light fittings are all 500w tungsten and the photo cell was removed.

    The test were carried out on L-N , L-E and L-L.
