Tested a 3 phase supply lighting supply to street lighting.

IR tested 0.00 on all 3 phases.

contin. tested to 1.79,1.76. 1.48

But when generator is used the fittings work.

any theory would be nice.

    I'd presumed a photocell on the head of each lamppost - so no extra control gear needed - but that might not be right, of course.
