Get in touch with the BOD - he's probably still got about 3 dozen still in the original oily paper wrapping
Everything else but nothing MI I'm afraid OMS as I gave all my MI kit to a contractor 30 years ago. With hindsight I should have kept the "fire resistant" clips!
What I have found though this last week on "project find the workshop floor" is the extension bar used for spade bits. I obviously couldn't find mine so I bought another, and another..... So far the "tidy up" has found 5 of them..... Also three for the hole saw arbors, not that I use hole saws anymore. Q-max cutters every time now. I can't believe I'd forsaken them after buying a 2" one to fit the extra gauges in my Madadash equipped Minivan aged 19 and forgotten about them for the next 40 years. Wish I kept both the Minivan and the gauges (and my trim figure!).
As to the OP, I saw the plumber using a proprietary one to straighten out 10 mm coiled copper pipe when installing an oil boiler. Same mechanism as the drawings above but in a moulded grip. Presumably they are made for different diameters so I'd start there, probably Rothen* etc or Monum* etc.........
