Reconditioned coin meter,mcb before or after?

Will be fitting a 60A coin meter for a 20/32A supply to greenhouses and thought it safer

to supply the meter from a garage unit rather than come off the mains isolator switch/henly block

with16/25mm tails into the meter and then into the garage unit.The meter is double insulated.Thanks for any advice.

    Is this sub metering ? You'd expect some sort of fuse upstream of the meter and RCD/MCBs/ RCBOs downstream of it.

    With breakers and RCDs you have to be clear who has access to reset what - and being a greenhouse, is it TT ?
