Reconditioned coin meter,mcb before or after?

Will be fitting a 60A coin meter for a 20/32A supply to greenhouses and thought it safer

to supply the meter from a garage unit rather than come off the mains isolator switch/henly block

with16/25mm tails into the meter and then into the garage unit.The meter is double insulated.Thanks for any advice.

    The greenhouse will be TT,d locally, supplied by an overhead swa.The supply is tns.This will be a sub meter adjacent to the suppliers meter.

    I was going to fit the meter after the mcb/rcd to avoid an extra switch fuse upstream,but noticed an existing coin meter was wired straight

    from the henley block,which did,nt seem correct.
