Reconditioned coin meter,mcb before or after?

Will be fitting a 60A coin meter for a 20/32A supply to greenhouses and thought it safer

to supply the meter from a garage unit rather than come off the mains isolator switch/henly block

with16/25mm tails into the meter and then into the garage unit.The meter is double insulated.Thanks for any advice.

    So the coin meter is protected by the supplier's fuse, and fed via the 'real' meter ?

    OK from a safety point of view if the wiring that is only being protected only by the supplier's fuse, is rated accordingly, (no 30A tails on 100A fuse sort of thing) and the DNO may be OK with it , if the whole lot is within 3m of the service head,  but I can imagine the odd raised eyebrow - not least because it is not clear  how you are supposed to isolate it without cutting off the supply to the rest of the house. If not then a small switch fuse between Henley blocks and meter is in order.
