415 and 110v

Is it acceptable practice to run   A cable to a motor with 415 3 phase and 110v for the motor heater or should you have 2 separate cables?

    I usually see it when the multi core has 3 phases and an earth which have there own breaker back in the panel and the 110v is fed from a transformer on its own fuses. But have seen it when the main isolator is switched the 110v is still live. What do you reckon on that? Thanks for your help.
