415 and 110v

Is it acceptable practice to run   A cable to a motor with 415 3 phase and 110v for the motor heater or should you have 2 separate cables?

    But have seen it when the main isolator is switched the 110v is still live. What do you reckon on that?

    If it had some suitable signage (as per 514.11) I think that would be OK.
