Numerous Lights from one switch

Hi All I was wondering if using the attached diagram would this be a good design for switching on numerous number of lights in one switch. I assume it is in some form of daisy chain. Its the one that I have rung?.Jimmy

    I think it is cheaper for the manufacturers to put such a clause in there instructions than for them to employ a competent designer, at least while folk still buy it without realising.I  suspect  Simon was having a dig at the manufacturers - however it is of course possible to add inrush limiting yourself, but in many cases easier still to avoid those fittings that have been badly designed and have high inrush.
