Hi guys doing a new build, 4 bedroom house. It's electric only, so it has a air source heat pump, 32amp supply along with some immersions. Obviously everything is electric, oven hob etc...and now the customer has asked for a 32amp/40amp hot tub, do you think this could overload the 100amp fuse I feel a bit worried it will. Really appreciate any input thank you
32A for the hot tub, 32A for the HP, maybe 20A for the oven & hob - 80-odd amps - so still 20A for all the usual oddments - so doesn't sound too worrying to me if you do really have a 100A supply (around here the DNO seem to go for 80A max without an argument these days). If there were an electric shower and/or EV charge point I might be getting more uncomfortable.
