Downlight spacer for more headroom

Hi guys.  I need to install some downlights but don't have enough space in the void above.  The lights that were there before had a white spacer slightly larger than the lights that lowered them by about an inch from the ceiling so creating a bit more headroom.   Does anyone know what they are called or where i could source them please. going round in circles on google. They are eyeballs so needs a 90mm hole in it.    Cheers.   Gary

  • not sure, probably3 to 4 inches.  It's in the ridge of a conservatory. It just fouls the flex of the gu10 lamp holder.  They had 12v halogens in there before and the lamps are shorter.
