Hi guys. I need to install some downlights but don't have enough space in the void above. The lights that were there before had a white spacer slightly larger than the lights that lowered them by about an inch from the ceiling so creating a bit more headroom. Does anyone know what they are called or where i could source them please. going round in circles on google. They are eyeballs so needs a 90mm hole in it. Cheers. Gary
You probably want something that you can change the lamps, but that will be limited with that depth. If you can tolerate a surface intergral LED, one that is 40mm deep 120mm diameter, it will cover the holes and may work.
