Hager type a rccb

Hi everyone i am  new to the fourm and have had a odd problem towards the end of last year with a 4x Hager type a rccb tripping out on low current zs test on on three different fluke multi meters I have spoke to Hager technical and he seemed to know about the problem  but haven't read or heard about it happening anywhere else just wondering if any of you guys have came across the same problem

    Not personally, I have installed a few without any issues.


    However other people have said they have had issues with them tripping during loop tests, but not tripping on during RCD tests.

    Yes, I have had the same probelm with my Fluke 1653B.

    I have noticed that if you remove all loads/equipment then it will not trip when carrying a Zs test.


    I also contacted Hager who told me they were aware. No reply from Fluke
