Hmm, well I never got to see more than a table of contents and a revolving circle indicating something may or may not be loading.
However, complaining on here, while fun and informative to other members, is less likely to secure an outcome than complaining to the BSI.

I did complain when it looked like it had already closed for comments, and was throwing folk out. However, it is now back, just slow. But we have some weeks to digest it.
