People complain about a £500 mains board change. What are they going to do when it costs 2 grand? Unless AFDD's are suddenly going to be £20, and not lead to most small houses needing a double rail board, then who is going win any jobs to change to this. Especially as AFDD's effectiveness is questionable at best. I feel sorry for all the Landlords that are going to be forced into this by the new renting rules ( I think the law is a good one for safety of tenants) who are now going to be forced, with no choice but to spend £2k on a board that meets the 18th Amd 2
