  • Why are magazines and web site posts full of examples like these shown very common? Why are those of us who do inspections not surprised as we often see such things?


    Often I see such defects and non-compliances  installed by companies who are registered with one of the various bodies they are not the preserve of the DIYer.
  • The name looks a bit dodgy as well ?
  • that site would put me off using them all together to be honest, and yes, the name looks a bit dodgy!


    cant say the photos are much of a surprise though, and that's just from my perspective in Facilities management


    Anyone doing a site promoting their business should only showcase their own work, rather than criticise others, because you are only left with the thought of all the dodgy stuff, and perhaps the idea that the company is going to be over-zealous with fault finding.

  • I'm convinced by this thread that electricians produce dodgy wiring so in the future i'll do my own with the help of my mate who digs trenches.

    So to whom are the NICEIC advertising these examples ?
