Re - Power Source for 400v System

As the diagram attached shows just two of a total of 7 Power Sources 2 on each floor there being 4 floors in total.If the design is split where these are individually powered as appose to inter-linked with one another has to whether this would help reducing the cable size to each Power Cluster but thus creating a big distribution board to incorporate the design. The notation is a little tricky to follow (partly single line, partly full circuit) - I can't tell for instance whether you intended to have one 100A fuse supplying both 16mm² cables (or is it 3 or even 6?) or does each cable have its own 100A fuse?
Is the intention that overload protection is provided by the downstream MCBs?
What's the purpose/rating of the RCDs? Additional protection or ADS?
