Max disconnection ...shall be applied to final circuits with a rated current not exceeding 

1. 63A with one or more socket-outlets, AND

2. 32 A supplying only fixed connected current-using equipment.


Example 32A with at least one socket with plugs.


condition 1 is satisfied

condition 2 is not satisfied


The “and” implies both need to be satisfied.

    I don't know how you are in a position to comment on my relationship with my CPS. It really is a case of paying more to get on the inspecting list and that's that.






    I presume it is the same as everyone else's.


    You might wish to be on a list, and pay for the privilege, but you do not have to be to carry out EICRs.
