Stuffing gland and swa

Is it okay to use stuffing gland with swa as long as as the armour is earthed at the supply end?

    Agree, terminate SWA into an adaptable box, then out of the box with some flexible cable. Much better, especially if the valve unit is susceptible to vibration.
