I only work in people's homes too and have been quite busy. When i turn up at the doorstep (after confirming no symptoms or self-isolating by phone), say hello and put my mask on, they often ask whether they should put on a mask. I say not necessarily, but it would lower the risk to other clients I might visit if everybody i met did. Surprising how many don their masks.
