110v transformer feeding db

there is a DB board fed from a centre tapped transformer only on single pole breakers. The board feeds instrumentation. Is there any issue changing it to 110v and tie the neutral to earth there is no socket outlets fed on this so can’t see it as an issue?

  • Also what are the ZS values for 110V circuits I can’t find it in the regs?

For centre-tapped 110V they're in table 41.6. For 0-110V ones you'd have to calculate them using the formula in 411.4.4 and the data from appendix 3 or the device manufacturer  (or just double  the table 41.6 figures).
