The cans caused nothing but problems with the old halogen lamps because of heat build up. Not too much of a problem with LED. We are having this discussion because somebody is incorrectly coding them.

Depends on the customer requirements. If the customer is particularly attached to the exiting ones (fancy or match the ones in the rest of the house or whatever) then we're back to really needing to be sure of our facts.
