Having trouble finding trip curves for Schneider MCCB Single pole

I having trouble finding trip curves for the single pole MCCBs, the ref code is MGP1001L1 for the first phase.

I can find the selectivity tables for Compact NSX series which can be single pole with TMD trip unit.

Can anyone shed some light?

Thanks
  • I think this is a Merlin Gerin part (the MG part no...)  and the L1 is the protection level, which partly relates to the curve type. You could do worse than ask the Schneider UK helpline 0870 608 8608 in the morning.

    Mike,
  • I will get print off a curve for you from my Amtech when I get a spare 5 mins.

That I think is a 100A single pole MCCB. The L1 indictes it fits in a L1 position in the MCCB panel as for L2 and L3 varieties.
  • Thanks John for explaining the L1 thing - you learn something each day - I've not seen a 3ph board where the single phase breakers that fit it are handed by phase position - is the bus bar staggered then so that  L1L2L3 are not in line or is it the top end where the wires come out that is different ?

I will give them a call, I thought it was just me who couldn't find it.

Out of context,is there a way to get notified for replies on my threads?
  • The MGP is just an NSX with the busbar cassette attached - the curves etc are the same.

  • Here we are.
