HV RMU safe working distances

Hi there can anyone point me to and specific regulations that highlight the requirements for working on 11kV?


I’m specifically looking at an 11kV switch disconnector on a TX but would be good to know if this is the same for an RMU.

    The closest standard ive got its IEEE 1584 which states a clear working distance of aprox 1m


    Would that be from the end of the wind up/down operating handle or from where the "truck" is pulled clear?
