What are the current minimum requirements in a large holiday let house for:


1. Smoke Alarms.


2. Emergency lighting.

The law requires you to undertake a fire risk assessment, identify any potential fire risks and act on the findings to ensure the fire precautions are sufficient to protect guests.


    There are thousands of people operating through AirBnB and other platforms totally ignoring the legal requirements.
