It would appear that the author of this topic has deleted their post (as the forum rules allow) after we have provided  answers, which would appear to be, not what they wanted to read.................. Or for the tenant or electrician to find on here.............

    It is, perhaps, understandable; but not IMHO good manners.


    I suppose that the OP, naturally, wants an "accomplice" as BOD puts it; and if one is found, the thread is (ab)used as evidence. On the other hand, if the OP's position is not supported, perhaps best to delete so that the "evidence" is not turned back on him.


    There will be plenty more from landlords!
