Niglon R.C.B.O. Mounting.

Is it permissible to mount single phase Niglon R.C.B.O.s horizontally rather than vertically? Or will that adversely affect their operation?

    I am answering my own question here. Niglon technical Dept. said that they probably would work o.k. but have NOT been tested or certified for horizontal use and heat rise concerns may be involved.

    Niglon seem to make Type B TPN boards, so does that mean that their RCBOs cannot be used in them? ?

    One assumes that this manufacturer has now left the design in the hands of the installer. Novel.
