Flu lamps on 380 or 415v

were there ever any flourescent fittings made that were designed for use across 2 phases ie on 380 or 415 volts? I ask because I've seen a Polish made fixture 440 in its description I don't speak Polish  so am a bit curious  is it maybe made for 440 volts max across 2 phases?
