The Graphs in Fig 3A4-6. What does the vertical part of the characteristic mean?

There is a problem with these graphs. What is it and how should it be corrected?

  • The vertical bit means anything between those values - pretty useless really.


    I'd say ditch the graphs (they don't seem to be consistent with BS EN 60898 anyway - occasionally dangerously so) - and replace with tables of time/current (rather like the ones for RCDs) and energy let-though.
