Which regulations(s) require the steel wire armouring of a S.W.A. cable to be earthed if it is NOT used as a circuit protective conductor?


Case 1. Cable buried underground.


Case 2. Cable NOT buried underground.

    The key must be good public transport. If that exists, commuting by car makes no sense and the roads can be left to those who really need to drive in such as tradesmen. Problem is that the public transport does not exist. Well, not in most of UK!
