Does anyone know where I can find table 48A? I am reading of its existence, but don't know where to find it.

    Understood, however I'd argue that an RCD is on orders of magnitude more likely to fail than an MCB. ADS via thermal magnetic elements is king, the rest is supplementary in my view of electrics.
