Main Earthing Conductor

Hi All,

Is it acceptable to install the earthing conductor from the service head cut out or is that the responsibility of the DNO?

A friend of mine is on a PME supply but there is no earthing conductor present. The DNO came yesterday and snipped the seal and told him to get it sorted.

Thanks Mike. I'll be doing it for him but I'll get confirmation from the DNO first and check it's as shown in the link you sent. Thanks for your help
