Extractor Fan Switch.

I have just stumbled upon this. A fan isolator switch with integral fuse. Has anybody any experiences with these please. Any good?

  • They are made by Click accessories, Clickmode modules which can be either purchased built-up as a complete unit, or you just buy the individual modules, 3 pole fan switch, fuseholder, front plate and rear gridplate and assemble yourself. They are great because it saves you having to chop 2 x backboxes into the wall.

    I generally take the live feed for the whole bathroom through the fuse, that way all fan and light supplies/switch wires are protected by the fuse as per "manufacturers instructions"

    The price for that item linked to is outrageous - the individual modules can be purchased for a pound or so each.
