Videos of EICRs on Youtube

I am interested in comments from anyone on the youtube videos, there are several purporting to show EICR procedures. As most know I am currently researching this, and am collecting data.

    Afraid that I hadn't the patience to sit through them.

    Property 1 looked well cared for and I would be happy to live there. C3 for the lack of RCDs. Easily remedied by a change of CU. I don't know why the sparks was so confused by the old FCUs. I would keep them and put sockets on.

    Property 2 was a dump. I see two choices after the first few minutes: (1) withdraw gracefully and don't submit a bill; (2) advise a complete rewire on the basis that it may be cheaper than completing an EICR. Certainly easier!
