Videos of EICRs on Youtube

I am interested in comments from anyone on the youtube videos, there are several purporting to show EICR procedures. As most know I am currently researching this, and am collecting data.

    Same as Chris, there is no way I'm going to clamber through the whole of those youtube videos without a financial incentive. From what I've seen, both installations are basic. In both cases I would recommend updating on the basis that these installations are being used to generate income for the owner and would need to be in tip top condition as a duty of care to the prospective tenents.
