Who pays for new home solar generated power ie Feed In Tariff

Do any suppliers pay FITs for new installations?

I can see from their website that SSE have discontinued the scheme, although will continue to pay FITs to those who signed up earlier.

Thanks

Clive

This demonstrates the solar system with diversion in operation just now. Panels produce 1kW of which 600W is for base load and 400W is heating the water via Eddi. The base load is at grid voltage ~240VAC while Eddi modifies AC feed to immersion to dissipate the 400W surplus. A CT on solar grid connection and CT on tail provide the Eddi with the necessary information to adapt the feed to match solar surplus generation and data on overall consumption from solar and grid.
