Selection of MCCB for main LV panel

I would like to know if is a good idea to use 4 pole MCCB instead of 3 poles in a TNS system when in design stages  (especially in  LV SWITCH ROOM OR PANELBOARD) I would use 3 poles to maintain The neutral connection. Please advise
