Downlight recommendations

Further to my previous post about wiring a supalight conservatory roof, I am trying to source some low depth downlights, to avoid having to cut into the insulation if possible, can anyone make a recommendation

    How low? What is the deepest hole you can make?

    I can’t recommend them as I haven’t tried them but was looking at an advert for Knightsbridge spektroled fittings the other day and thought they could be useful if they were any good! Only a 42mm recess and a choice of colours and wattages selectable on the fitting..

    I find ‘Knightsbridge’ products to be anything but. 

    I'd rename them ‘Albert Square’ myself, since this more accurately reflects the quality.

    Knightsbridge quality is no worse than others. I have used many Knightsbridge wiring accessories with no problems.
