It’s a local newspaper website so you may struggle to get the page to open properly.

  • I’m struggling to understand the description of the device, it appears to be the most expensive multiway socket adapter I have ever seen advertised.

  • Dynamic transient current delivery, or available short circuit current, are what we call PSSC by another name.

Well designed electronics does not care as we have large capacitors in the power supply…

    Yes son.

    What dos this mean please?

“WPD’s repairs, Mr Norwell said, involved switching the power on and off. This created an oscillation of low to high resonance across the day, causing appliances to heat up and become damaged.”

Presumably, people who can afford these things are not completely uneducated?

  • Does the unit actually increase the risk of damage by increasing the PSCC at the appliance?

Normally decreasing cable sizes reduces the risk of damage to equipment, but connecting your equipment with 6 mm leads removes a level of protection?
