Anyone want a faulty MK 32A RCBO to play with?

I know some of you would like to take apart a faulty RCBO.

It doesn't trip, red flag on permanent and doesn't isolate. 

I've not seen this fault before. The RCBO comes from an office environment with no previous history of nuisance tripping, overload or short circuiting.

Happy to post in return for a diagnostic. FOC.

    Clearing the garage at the weekend I came across a clear cased MCB - free to a good home if it's of interest to anyone?
