B.S. 7671 Compliant?

Is this compliant?

Seeing is believing! One photo shows a ceiling covered in wires that could be mistaken for long spider legs

  • possibly- no need to route in ‘zones’ as route is visible.   Zs and earthing generally we do not know. Cable rating likely to be OK for lights.

Are those clips of a design that would drop the cable in a fire ?

That is the most likely non-compliance, even so if the jb and rose are screwed to the ceiling it rather depends where the other cables go - they may not collapse far enough to be a problem.

Not pretty of course, but the sort of thing you see during a live-in refurbishment.

It is Russian I assume, given the tag, and there I'm sure it will be legal.
