Boathouse.

Is it sensible to assume that Section 709 covers a private boathouse on the Norfolk Broads, (use unknown at this time regarding types of craft used there)?

    709 does not apply to the boathouse. However it could be a “similar location" if there are supplies to  ”pleasure craft or houseboats".

    Thanks J.P. I have just leaned today that no steel hulled boats will be used in the private boathouse, only wooden or glass fibre hulled boats. A small electric powered boat may have its batteries charged in the boathouse whilst afloat.
