How often is one consumer footing the bill for a near installation? Deliberate or otherwise I`ve seen a few in domestic properties. Probably very few as a percentage , however quite a large number numerically methinks
I knew of a student flat that got mixed up with the fish & chip shop it was over (electric fryers). I suspect was more of case of an admin error with meter numbers rather than crossed wires as such in that case though.
